Dear members,

Wolves FC are pleased to announce Ken Mitchell as our new Technical Director. Ken comes to Wolves FC from Townsville where he was most recently Football Development Co-ordinator with NQ United and NQ Football, along with coaching the Qld Country U14 team for FQ. Ken has held Technical Director roles for Northern Fury FC and Mackay Crusaders FC, NPL goalkeeper coach for Northern Fury FC, NQ High performance coach for FQ, along with various other coaching and player development roles in more than 25 years of coaching football. He has taken NQ Football tours throughout Europe and is also an FFA Coach developer. He brings a wealth of coaching knowledge to Wolves FC and is keen to work on both coach and player development.

Ken has an FFA / AFC B Licence and is looking to commence his FFA A licence in 2019. Ken said of his appointment “I’d like to thanks Wolves FC for giving me the opportunity to become involved in the FQPL and Football Brisbane Environment. I look forward to connecting with the FQPL and Divisional Coaches, the players and extended Wolves FC Family. My objective in this season ahead is to help and support the Club reach its goals and have a successful 2019.”

We believe Ken will be a tremendous asset to the club moving forward due to his extensive experience and ability to engage with coaches and players of all levels.

We are sure all members will make Ken feel welcome, and we invite players and members to meet Ken from 6pm tomorrow Thursday 8 November for a club sausage sizzle.
